Bora Erdağı;

Bora Erdağı graduated from Kocaeli University as a mechanical engineer in 1998. Then, he hold his master degree in 2001, entitled, ''Kant's Conception of Nature'' and awarded Ph.D. degree in 2010, entitled, ''Critical Contribuiton to Materialist Historiography'', from the Department of Philosophy of Kocaeli University. Erdağı has many published articles, book chapters and works as an editor. Felsefelogos, Praxis, Toplum ve Bilim, Kampflatz, Alternate Roots, Cogito, Baykuş are some of the academic journal in which contributions are made. Erdağı has become an associate professor Law and Political Philosophy in 2013. He also gives lectures on critical philosophical readings from the 19th century to the contemporary period. Between the years 2010-2017, Erdağı has been organizing national and international events with national and international participation in the International Taner yelkenci Law and State Theory Symposium.

Demet Şahende Dinler;

Demet Şahende Dinler was born in 1977 in İstanbul. She graduated from Saint Benoit High School and Middle East Technical University, Department of Political Science and Public Administration. She worked as a research assistant at the same department. She obtained her MSc and PhD in Development Studies from the School of Oriental and African Studies (SOAS), University of London.She taught critical ethnography and political economy at Istanbul Bilgi University and taught different subjects at SOAS, Birkbeck and Queen Mary Universities. She also worked as strategic researcher and coordinator of the UPS workers' organising project for the International Transport Workers' Federation (ITF) and did consultancy work for global trade union federations and NGOs on the subject of trade union empowerment.   She was an organiser/trainer for the Association of Waste Pickers, Union of Solidarity for Domestic Workers, Association of Construction Workers, which were all devoted to organise informal, precarious labour in Turkey. She also designed a financial literacy programme for women's cooperatives and was involved in the building of a workers' textile cooperative in Istanbul. She was a member of the editorial board of Historical Materialism magazine in England and a group of Critical Labor Studies, an academic-union collaboration. Demet joined the School of Global Studies of University of Sussex in October 2017 having been awarded the first Helena Normanton Fellowship by the University. She is lecturing in Social Anthropology at the Department of Anthropology, School of Global Studies.  

Ebubekir Aykut;

Ebubekir Aykut  completed his undergraduate and graduate studies at Hacettepe University, Department of International Relations. He is currently a PhD student in the Department of Political Science and Public Administration at Middle East Technical University. He is working as a research assistant at Hacettepe University Department of International Relations. He has contributed to books such as “Ghosts of Imperialism ”,“ Collective Imperialism ”, “Political Economy of Turkish Foreign Policy”, “Official Ideology and the Left”, “Strategic Barbarism”.


Göksu Uğurlu;

Göksu Uğurlu, born in 1986 in Istanbul. He completed his undergraduate studies at Hacettepe University, Department of International Relations. He completed his master's degree in the same department, where he is working as a research assistant, with the title "Third World Approaches to International Law". He is currently a PhD student in Department of Political Sciences of Ankara University,. He has contributed to books such as Collective Imperialism, Ghosts of Imperialism, and the Political Economy of Turkish Foreign Policy.


Haydar Karaman;

Haydar Karaman was born in 1985 in Ankara. He received his master's and doctorate degrees in Law from the University of Sussex. During his master degree, he worked on the Right of Non-Refulament of Refugees in Turkish Law. In 2018, he completed his PhD degree with the title ‘The Right to Conscientious Objection to Military Service in Turkey : Challenging State Hegemony”. He continues to work as an independent researcher. He  contributed books on The Borders of Liberal Rights, Law and State, Marx's Orchestra, and International Political Economy: Critical Approaches.



Kansu Yıldırım;

Kansu Yıldırım completed his master's degree at Ankara University, Department of Women's Studies. He is currently working as an expert  at the Turkish Medical Association / Ankara Medical Chamber. He is continuing his doctoral studies. He is also a member of the editorial board of Montly Review Turkey.




Utku Özmakas;

Utku Özmakas was born in 1986 in Bergama. He completed his undergraduate, graduate and doctorate studies at Hacettepe University, Department of Philosophy. He translated more than twenty books to Turkish, including Frantz Fanon, Terry Eagleton, Thomas Lemke, Jacques Rancière, Stuart Hall, John Holloway and Simon Critchley. He is currently working in the Department of Philosophy at Uşak University. His selected publications: Millennium Generation in Our Poetry (Pan Publishing, 2008), Parallax for Poetry (160. Kilometer, 2013) and Biopolitics: Power and Resistance, (İletişim Publishing, 2018) The Prince: The Magnifical Enigma Of Machiavelli (İletişim Publishing, 2019)
